Welcome to our Making Yogurt course! Our homesteaders have developed a fairly comprehensive course (to which they’ll be adding periodically) designed for people new to making yogurt, making it with milk from the grocery store, or those who are using homegrown milk. We cover health benefits, history, my favorite – GREEK YOGURT – and about anything else you can think of. If you have a question, or if something isn’t adequately covered, just leave a comment and we’ll get back to you. Chances are it’s covered somewhere in the course!
How This Works
To begin, simply click the Curriculum button. From there you take lesson after lesson about making yogurt. Included in this are quizzes to test your comprehension, as well as video tutorials. Experienced yogurt makers may just want to read the lessons which pertain to their current situation. Feel free to ask questions in the comment section as you go along! Our homesteading mentors may take a day or two to get back to you (we’re working our own homesteads), but their responses will be thorough.
