1. I have always been a little intimidated by the process of sourdough, yesterday I made the “no knead loaf”. I have been taking the course, and upon completion I had a much better understanding of starting the “starter”, keeping it going, and making a loaf of bread.
    Very much appreciate the simplicity of the instructions, takes the confusion out, and is taught on an entry level understanding.
